We provide assistance in purchasing tickets for opera & ballet performances and classical concerts in Prague and in Czech Republic. Our services include:
- Guiding you to the best available seats.
- Facilitating ticket purchases on your behalf.
- Watching tickets to performances or sections temporarily unavailable.
- Delivering e-tickets via email or messenger.

3. General Terms & Conditions
Our General Terms & Conditions (GTC) are publicly accessible on our website and include:
Delivery Conditions: Tickets are delivered as per your selected method (email, messenger, or registered mail). 
Order processing time: We proceed with your booking within 24 hours at the latest.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets cannot be cancelled unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only possible if the event is cancelled or the program is changed before the performance by the organizer. Only in such cases, both the ticket price and service fees are refundable. Otherwise, service fees got consumed by emailing the tickets to client’s email account and are not refundable.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Czech law.

4. Domain Registration
We confirm that Mr. Richard Kolář, 100% owner of RKM Ltd., is the registered owner of  czechopera.cz domain. Proof of ownership can be provided via a WHOIS lookup (NIC.CZ). 

5. Payment Gateway Compliance
Payment Processing: All card transactions are processed securely via Global Payments, Inc.
Transaction Fees: No % fee per transaction.
Security: We comply with PCI DSS standards for secure payment processing.
Liability: Global Payments, Inc. is not liable for disputes related to ticket availability or event changes.

6. Age-Restricted Products
Not applicable to our services.

7. Prohibited Products
We do not support transactions for CBD products.

8. Ticket Purchase Process
We do not sell tickets directly. Instead, you select the events and sections you are interested in, you provide money for, and we assist you in obtaining them. Both ticket prices listed by event organizers and our services prices are in CZK (Czech Koruna).
The Prague National Theatre and some other event organizers employ a dynamic pricing system, which may affect ticket prices based on demand and performance dates.
The term "best category location" usually means:
The entire orchestra/parterre stall, the central stall of the first balcony, the front seats in the boxes of first balcony and ground floor.
If requested seating is unavailable, we will inform you of alternative options and any price differences. 

9. Fees and Delivery Options
Booking/Handling Fee
A standard booking/handling fee of CZK 121 a ticket /approximately EUR 4 - US$ 5/ is always applied.
Reservation fee: 
A special reservation fee of CZK 400 a ticket /approximately EUR 15, US$ 17/ for watching temporarily unavailable events and/or sections is applied.
Delivery Fees:
- Messenger Delivery to Prague Hotel (24/7 reception only, no Airbnb): CZK  242 /approximately EUR 9 - US$ 10/.
- Messenger Delivery to Theatre: CZK 484 /approximately EUR 9 - US$ 10/.
- Registered Mail Delivery: A handling fee of CZK 200 /approximately EUR 7 - US$ 8/.

10. Taxes 
Ticket prices usually do not include VAT.
VAT (21%) is included in all fees quoted above.

11. Agreement
I have read and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions. Accordingly, I authorize you to use my money for purchasing the tickets I have selected on my behalf.
